Energy is all around us. It exists in the air we breathe, the earth beneath our feet, and the connections we share with others. This energy is omnipresent—ever-present, everywhere, and always accessible. It’s not something we can see or touch, yet it flows through us, influencing every part of our lives.
As a Metta Energy Facilitator, I work with this all-encompassing energy to help people uncover the root causes of their struggles. Whether those challenges are physical, emotional, or spiritual, I believe that true healing begins with recognizing and working with this omnipresent energy.
This blog dives into what omnipresent energy truly means, its connection to God, and how Metta Healing harnesses this universal force to guide you toward balance and peace.
Understanding Omnipresent Energy
The word omnipresent is often used to describe the divine presence of God or a universal force. Synonyms like all-pervasive, ever-present, and ubiquitous highlight the infinite nature of this energy. For me, omnipresent energy is not separate from us—it is God’s presence within and around everything, connecting us to one another and to the source of creation itself.
This energy doesn’t belong to any religion or belief system. It’s something you feel when you sit in silence and breathe deeply or when you stand in nature and feel completely at peace. It’s the force that binds the universe together. When we allow ourselves to connect with it, we can access profound healing, clarity, and transformation.
In Metta Healing, this omnipresent energy is the foundation of everything I do. It allows me to tune into someone’s energetic field, identify blockages, and guide the release of unresolved emotions that are stored deep within their body and mind.
God and Energy Healing
For me, God is not a figure sitting somewhere above us, separate and distant. God is the source of this omnipresent energy, the force that flows through everything. When I perform Metta Healing, I feel this divine presence guiding the process. It’s not my power; it’s the energy of the source working through me to help others find their way back to balance.
People often ask me if they need to believe in God to benefit from Metta Healing. The answer is no. This energy is universal and works regardless of your beliefs. You don’t have to understand it or name it to experience its effects. All that’s required is an openness to explore what’s happening within you.

How Metta Healing Works with Omnipresent Energy
Metta Healing taps into this infinite energy field to address the physical, emotional, and spiritual aspects of your being. Each session is unique, tailored to your needs, and guided by the energy itself. Here’s what happens during a session:
1. Tuning In
I use your name as an anchor to connect with your energetic imprint. This connection allows me to feel what you carry—whether it’s physical pain, emotional struggles, or subconscious patterns. I often experience sensations in my own body that mirror your issues, giving me insight into what needs to be addressed.
2. Releasing Blockages
Through the session, I work to remove blocked or stagnant energy and replace it with loving metta energy. This process restores balance and flow, helping your body and mind heal naturally.
3. Balancing Energies
Healing is not just about removing what doesn’t serve you; it’s also about restoring harmony. I focus on balancing the masculine and feminine energies within you, as well as aligning & heal your chakras, to support a holistic sense of well-being.
The Gift of Energy Healing: Innate but Unique
Energy healing is something we all have. Every person on this planet carries the power to heal, even those who aren’t consciously aware of it. But just as with any ability, not everyone’s energy is the same. Some have stronger energy than others, much like running a marathon—while everyone can attempt it, recovery times and performance will vary from person to person.
Every individual is born with a unique gift, given by God, that shapes their abilities and strengths. For example, consider a mother living far from civilization. She has never heard of energy healing or any formal methods, yet when she injures herself, the first thing she instinctively does is place her hand over the area that hurts. In doing so, she brings comfort, and the pain begins to ease. If there’s an open wound, she might blow on it and look at it closely, knowing subconsciously that this will help calm the area.
Now take someone living in a bustling city. Even if they’re unfamiliar with energy healing, when their child has an accident, their immediate response is often similar. They might cover the wound, blow on it, or focus their attention on it. These actions stem from a deep, subconscious knowing that looking at, touching, or blowing on an injury can bring relief.
This innate ability to heal is a gift from God. It’s universal, but not everyone is meant to use it to heal others. Those who are naturally gifted in energy healing can work with multiple people daily, channeling their energy with strength and resilience. On the other hand, those who have learned healing techniques later in life might find they can work with only two or three people in a day before feeling depleted.
The Subconscious Mind and Healing
This gift of healing, whether innate or learned, is deeply tied to our subconscious mind. The energy we carry reflects unresolved patterns and emotions, which often manifest physically. In Metta Healing, I help uncover and release these patterns, creating space for true healing.
Our bodies are deeply connected to our subconscious mind. This is where unresolved emotions, fears, and traumas are stored, often without our awareness. Over time, these unresolved patterns can manifest as physical pain, emotional turmoil, or mental struggles.
For example:
• Fear is often stored in the kidneys, legs, and blood, affecting how we move forward in life.
• Anger creates blockages in the liver, spleen, abdomen, and lower back/abdomen.
• Grief settles in the heart, lungs, arms/hands, chest, upper back, and shoulder blades.
Metta Healing helps bring these hidden patterns to light. By connecting with the omnipresent energy, I guide you to release what no longer serves you and create space for healing.
A Personal Experience: The Power of Omnipresent Energy
One of the most profound moments in my healing journey came during a distance healing session with a woman who had unresolved emotions about her late father. Even though we were thousands of miles apart, I could feel the weight of her sadness and the tension in her chest. As the session progressed, I sensed her heart beginning to open, releasing the grief she had carried for so long.
Afterward, she shared that she had felt her father’s presence during the session, as though he was comforting her. This experience reminded me of the omnipresent energy that connects us all—not just to one another but to those who have passed, to the earth, and to the divine source.
Practical Ways to Connect with Omnipresent Energy
You don’t need to be in a healing session to access this energy. It’s always there, waiting for you to tap into it. Here are some ways to connect with the omnipresent energy in your daily life:
1. Grounding Practices
Spend time in nature. Walk barefoot on the earth, hug a tree, sit by the water, or do the grounding meditation for 20 minutes a day. These simple acts help you reconnect with the universal energy field and ground yourself in the present moment.
2. Mindful Breathing
Breathe deeply and intentionally. As you inhale, imagine drawing in the energy of the universe. As you exhale, release any tension or negativity you’re holding onto.

3. Letting Go
Write a letter to someone with whom you have unresolved emotions. Don’t read it afterward—simply burn it and release the ashes into flowing water, such as a river or the sea. This act symbolizes accepting, forgiving ad letting go of the past and creating space for healing.

The Role of Openness in Healing
Healing isn’t something I do to people—it’s something I facilitate. The omnipresent energy flows through all of us, but it requires openness and willingness to engage with it. If you’re carrying pain or unresolved emotions, the first step is to acknowledge them and be open to the possibility of change.
In my experience, those who are ready to heal don’t need convincing. They feel drawn to the process, whether through a conversation, a blog post, or a quiet moment of reflection. It’s not about pressure or persuasion—it’s about creating a space where healing can naturally unfold.
Why Omnipresent Energy Matters in Metta Healing
Metta Healing resonates deeply with the concept of omnipresent energy because it acknowledges that healing is not limited to the physical realm. It’s a holistic process that encompasses the emotional, mental, and spiritual aspects of who we are. By working with this universal energy, I can help you uncover the root causes of your challenges and guide you toward lasting peace and balance.
