Healing is personal, and how you approach it shapes your experience. I offer:
Metta Healing – Pure energy work, no physical touch.
Metta Abdominal Release – A blend of bodywork and emotional release.
Each requires trust, openness, and self-reflection to create a safe and transformative space.
Understanding My Approach
I do not ask why you come. I work intuitively, starting with a “zero line”—meaning I prefer to know nothing beforehand.
If you want to share details, you can, but I won’t ask.
Feedback comes after the session, not during, to keep the energy flow uninterrupted.
Metta Healing vs. Metta Abdominal Release
Metta Healing (Energy Work)
Focuses on clearing emotional, mental, and spiritual blockages.
Involves gentle or no physical touch.
Metta Abdominal Release (Bodywork + Emotional Release)
Releases deep-seated tension and emotions in the abdomen.
Uses firm pressure (no pulling or stretching).
Not suitable for: Pregnancy, recent surgery, high blood pressure, cancer.
What to Expect During and After a Session
Energy shifts can bring emotions to the surface. You may experience:
Emotional releases (crying, anger, relief).
Physical sensations (heat, shaking, tingling).
Feeling lighter, more grounded, or needing rest.
After the session:
Stay hydrated and take time to process.
If anything feels intense, reach out—I am here to guide you.

Healing Brings Awareness
Healing isn’t just about feeling good—it’s about understanding what arises.
If discomfort shows up, ask yourself:
Why does this trigger me?
What is it revealing about my deeper wounds?
How can I support myself through this?
I am a guide, not a savior. The real work happens when you engage with what comes up.
The Importance of Trust
Before booking, ask yourself:
Do I feel comfortable with this approach?
Am I open to intuitive healing?
Am I ready to take responsibility for my emotions?
If the answer is no, it’s okay—trust cannot be forced.
