Metta Abdominal Release combines gentle abdominal work with Metta Healing’s mind-body approach to create lasting change.

This practice blends:

  • Chi Nei Tsang (Taoist abdominal healing)

  • Maya Abdominal Massage (traditional organ care)

  • Tuina Massage (Chinese therapeutic touch)

  • Indian Head Massage (relaxation and energy flow)
