Metta Abdominal Release:
A Deeper Way to Heal

Metta Abdominal Release is only available to those who have done a Metta Healing session or booked a healing package.

This practice is not offered as a standalone treatment. Why? Because if the emotional root of your discomfort isn’t addressed, the physical symptoms will return.

Abdominal massage alone may offer short-term relief, but without inner healing, the issue is likely to resurface.

You are welcome to seek abdominal massage elsewhere if that’s what you’re looking for.

My focus is on deep healing—supporting people who are ready to change patterns and lifestyle habits so that their issues don’t keep coming back.

Healing is your own journey. I can support you, but no one can do the work for you.

If old problems keep repeating, ask yourself:

What am I still avoiding or not willing to change?

What is Metta Abdominal Release?

Metta Abdominal Release is a holistic healing practice I developed for those who are ready to heal both body and mind. It addresses physical tension in the abdomen while guiding you to uncover the emotional or energetic roots of that discomfort.

This method is available only after Metta Healing, because true abdominal healing requires a connection to your subconscious mind.

It combines:

  • Chi Nei Tsang (deep abdominal touch)

  • Maya Abdominal Massage (traditional organ care)

  • Tuina Massage (Chinese therapeutic technique)

  • Indian Head Massage (for energy flow)

  • Metta Healing (to resolve underlying emotional patterns)

Why Two Sessions Are Often Needed

Many people benefit from two Metta Abdominal Release sessions.

There must be a minimum of two weeks between them.

Why this pause?

Because during the session, I apply deep pressure to release blocked energy—this can lead to soreness or bruising.

The body needs time to recover from within before going deeper again.

Some people need more than two sessions. This depends on how much they’re willing and able to change in their lives.

The body holds onto what the mind is not ready to release.

How It Works

Metta Abdominal Release works on two levels:

  • Physical: Deep yet mindful abdominal massage to free tension and improve flow

  • Emotional: Through Metta Healing, we trace the physical issue back to its emotional cause

Examples:

  • Digestive issues may reflect anxiety, depression, stress, anger, worry, guilt, or fear

  • Pelvic tightness can point to suppressed emotions or past trauma

By releasing both the emotional and physical block, real healing becomes possible.

What Does a Session Feel Like?

During the session, you lie on your back with your upper body uncovered.

Women: please wear a sports bra or similar top.

I work directly on the abdomen, ribcage, and chest using deep, focused pressure.

When pain is felt, it’s a sign of an energy blockage—caused by unresolved life experiences, trauma, or emotions.

What to expect:

  • Upper body uncovered (sports bra for women)

  • Avoid eating for at least 2 hours before the session

  • Wear loose, comfortable clothing

Many people describe the experience as intense yet releasing—often followed by a feeling of lightness or emotional clarity.

Benefits of Metta Abdominal Release

When combined with Metta Healing, this practice may help with:

  • Physical: Bloating, digestive discomfort, menstrual cramps, back pain, chronic illness

  • Emotional: Anxiety, sadness, subconscious holding patterns

  • Energetic: Feeling more grounded, present, and emotionally free

This is abdominal healing from the inside out.

Is This Right for You?

This practice is for those who:

  • Have completed Metta Healing

  • Are ready to explore the connection between emotions, energy, and physical symptoms

  • Want to heal deeply—not just feel better temporarily

If you’re looking for energy healing that connects your mind and body, this is for you.

If you’re looking for a basic abdominal massage, there are other options out there.

A circular diagram illustrating the connection between human organs and emotions based on traditional Chinese medicine. The image includes the heart (associated with hate and impatience), spleen (worry and anxiety), lungs (sadness and depression), kidneys (fear and fright), and liver (anger and frustration). Arrows connect the organs, showing the cyclical relationship between them, with additional labels for related organs such as the small intestine, stomach, pancreas, large intestine, bladder, and gall bladder.

Can It Help with Physical Pain?

Yes. Many people experience relief once the emotional root is released.

Examples:

  • Back pain linked to chronic stress

  • Abdominal tension caused by suppressed emotions

  • Digestive issues connected to fear or control
