When you opt for a distance session, you’re in your own environment—your room, bed, couch, or yoga mat—surrounded by your personal energy and belongings. In contrast, an in-person session places you in my space, which might influence your energy or create preconceptions before the healing even begins.
Some people love the energy of my home, shared with my partner and four cats; others might not. Driving to a location, adjusting to a new setting, or simply stepping into a different environment can all subtly affect your experience. Distance healing eliminates these variables, allowing you to fully relax in a space you trust and love.
For those who prefer in-person sessions, I work in a dedicated space within my home. Located downstairs, my workspace is thoughtfully designed to support your healing journey. It features air conditioning, a private toilet, a high-quality massage bed, and the calming ambiance of incense and soft background music. This environment minimizes external distractions and helps you flow deeply into the session, free from the outside world.

Energy has no physical boundaries. Just as you can feel a deep connection to someone far away, the same is true for healing energy. During a session, I connect with your subtle energy field using only your name. This allows me to tune into any imbalances, emotions, or blockages and work with your energy to restore balance and flow.

What’s the Difference Between Remote Healing and Distance Healing?
You may have heard the terms remote healing and distance healing used interchangeably, but they have subtle differences.
Remote Healing often refers to healing practices conducted from a distance in a more general, practical sense. It can feel impersonal to some, as the term is commonly associated with a technical or logistical approach.
Distance Healing, on the other hand, reflects the deep energetic and spiritual connection between you and me. It transcends physical space, allowing me to connect with your energy field using focused intention and the practice of Metta Healing. This method fosters a more personal and transformative experience, tailored to your unique journey.
In essence, while both terms describe healing without physical presence, distance healing resonates more with my approach to creating a sacred, intentional connection for profound transformation.
What Can You Expect?
Many people report feeling my presence as if I’m physically with them. Some even sense my hands gently touching their body, though I connect only with your subtle energy field.
You don’t need prior interaction or visual contact with me for the session to work. All I need is your first and last name to connect with your energy. During the session, I visualize you resting on my leg as I work intuitively, placing my hands where healing is needed—your head, back, shoulders, or specific organs.
How the Process Works
1. Pre-session Chat
At our scheduled time, I’ll call you via WhatsApp for a brief introduction. We’ll discuss how you’re feeling and what to expect during the session. This conversation helps break the ice and put you at ease.
2. Set Your Space
You can play soothing music of your choice or use my SoundCloud playlist if you prefer. I’ll guide you to set a timer for 45 minutes, and we’ll begin once you’re ready.
3. During the Session
During the session, we won’t have any contact—no phone, no video, no photos. You’ll be offline, and so will I. You can lay down undisturbed, knowing that the focus is entirely on your healing. I’ll send you a message when I’m finished, and you’ll have the freedom to rest longer if needed.
4. Feedback
After the session, I’ll provide detailed feedback about the healing process—what I sensed, worked on, and recommend going forward. You’ll receive this as a written document via email and WhatsApp for easy reference.

Not one feedback I share with people is the same.
With some people, I pick up on emotions they carry related to people in their lives.
With others, I sense experiences they’ve been through—even if they’ve had therapies in the past. If something hasn’t been fully resolved, I can still feel it.
