Many people seeking healing in Koh Phangan are drawn to areas like Srithanu, Haad Yao, Chaloklum, and Hinkong, where spiritual retreats, vegan cafés, and raw cacao restaurants create an environment that supports personal growth. If you are looking for emotional healing, energy healing, or subconscious work, the island offers many different approaches—but not all healing is the same.
Healing in Koh Phangan: Exploring Different Options
While many people find value in structured retreats, detox programs, and body-based healing approaches, healing is not one-size-fits-all. Some people find temporary relief in bodywork, massage, or spiritual practices, while others feel called to go deeper—exploring the subconscious mind and releasing the emotional and energetic patterns causing their imbalances.
That is where Metta Healing offers a different approach, helping you not just feel better, but truly transform.
Beyond Temporary Relief: What Type of Healing Are You Looking For?
The real question is: Are you looking for short-term relief, or are you ready for lasting transformation?
Many healing methods help people relax or release stress in the moment—whether through massage, Reiki, breathwork, or sound healing. These modalities can be beneficial, but they often focus on surface-level relief rather than addressing the subconscious mind.
Unlike bodywork or traditional energy healing, which focus on relaxation or short-term balance, Metta Healing works at the subconscious level, ensuring transformation that lasts.
If you have tried different treatments but keep experiencing the same struggles, it may be time to go deeper into what’s really causing them.
Metta Healing: A Deeper Approach to Energy Healing
Unlike traditional healing methods, Metta Healing is not about relaxation—it’s about transformation.
I connect with your subconscious mind the moment I see you—the way you walk, the way you sit, the way you lay down. Your tattoos, scars, and belly button all reveal information about you. Your belly button, in particular, tells me not only what you have experienced in this life but also what happened while your mother was pregnant with you.
During the session itself, I receive even clearer answers about you.
A Metta Healing session can help you:
Uncover the root cause of emotional and physical imbalances.
Release suppressed emotions, traumas, and subconscious fears.
Reconnect with your body’s natural ability to heal and rebalance.
Experience long-term shifts, not just temporary relief.
Unlike bodywork or group healing sessions, Metta Healing is highly personalized—it is for those who want to go beyond relaxation and step into deep, conscious healing.

Metta Abdominal Release: More Than Just a Massage
One of the most common areas where people store unresolved emotions is the abdomen. Many people seek abdominal massage techniques such as Chi Nei Tsang to improve digestion, relieve tension, or address discomfort.
But unless the real cause is addressed in the subconscious mind, the same issue keeps coming back.
That’s why Metta Abdominal Release is only offered as part of therapy, never as a standalone practice. The abdomen holds memories, emotions, and experiences stored in the subconscious. Whatever remains unresolved there will manifest elsewhere in the body—in the limbs, chest, or back.
Metta Abdominal Release is a combination of techniques, including:
Chi Nei Tsang (abdominal detox massage)
Maya Abdominal Massage
Indian Head Massage
Tuina Massage
Metta Healing
After the abdominal release, I continue with pressure points from Tuina massage, followed by Indian Head Massage, and end with a short Metta Healing session to bring you into a deeper state of relaxation.
This is why Metta Abdominal Release cannot be separated from Metta Healing—it is a complete process of emotional and energetic healing.
Why Massages Alone Won’t Heal the Root Cause
The same applies to Chi Nei Tsang, body massages, and other forms of bodywork. Many people keep going back for temporary relief, but if the underlying emotional cause is not addressed, the discomfort always returns.
This doesn’t mean massages aren’t valuable—I personally enjoy them—but not for pain relief. Instead, I use massage to relax and enhance energy flow after I have already done the deeper work on myself.
That’s why I recommend getting a massage after a Metta Healing session, not on the same day, but within the next few days—so that the body can release tension and support the energy shifts that have taken place.
FAQ: Understanding Metta Healing
Can I combine Metta Healing with other treatments?
You can combine it with bodywork such as massage, but I don’t recommend mixing it with other energy healing therapies. If you do multiple energy healings at the same time, you won’t know what is doing what to you.
If you want to try another therapy, do it after you’re done with me and feel you need something else.
How does Metta Healing differ from Reiki?
Reiki practitioners give energy and use symbols during sessions, and most have learned it through training.
Metta Healing is different. I both give and take energy, removing what no longer serves you. I can give you the ingredients, but I will not give you the recipe—how I release the energy I have taken—I do not share.
Metta Healing is not something I learned—it is what I was born with, something I have experienced since the age of 5. It has been developing and evolving over the years.
During the session, I use:
My eyes to scan for energy blockages.
My breath to give more focus to certain areas.
My heart to connect with your heart.
My hands to get a clearer sense of where something is happening.
My mind to go through and over your body, allowing me to visualize.
Metta Healing also integrates chakra balancing, chakra healing, and balancing the masculine and feminine.
What is the difference between Chi Nei Tsang and Metta Abdominal Release?
Metta Abdominal Release combines multiple techniques, including:
Chi Nei Tsang
Maya Abdominal Massage
Indian Head Massage
Tuina Massage
Metta Healing
Chi Nei Tsang focuses only on the abdomen, while Metta Abdominal Release goes beyond physical tension, integrating energy healing to clear emotional blockages.
