Booking & Session Policies

By booking a session, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the details of my approach as outlined on my website. My method of energy healing starts from a zero-line approach, meaning I do not ask for personal history or health conditions before a session. I work intuitively, reading what is happening in the body and energy field during the session and providing feedback at the end. I do not perform chiropractic adjustments, osteopathy, or deep physical manipulation.

 

It is the responsibility of each person to read the session description carefully before booking to ensure that my method aligns with their expectations.

Refund Policy

Completed energy healing sessions are not eligible for refunds.

 

Energy healing is a personal and transformative process. Each session responds to what is present in your energy field. This can bring up emotions, realizations, or physical sensations. While the experience may not always feel comfortable, discomfort does not mean the session was ineffective.

 

The outcome of a session varies for each person. Healing is not a fixed result—it’s a process.

 

Refunds will not be granted in the following situations:

 

  • You didn’t receive the experience you expected

  • The session brought up emotions or challenges that felt uncomfortable

  • You disagreed with my approach or the insights provided

  • You assumed I work differently and did not review my website before booking

  • You requested a form of therapy or bodywork that I do not offer

 

If you’re unsure whether this work is right for you, feel free to send me a message before booking.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

If you cancel with at least 24 hours’ notice, you may reschedule. Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows are considered completed sessions.

If I ever need to cancel a session, I will offer you the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.

Late Arrivals & No-Shows

  • If you arrive late, your session will still end at the scheduled time.

  • If you do not show up for your session without prior notice, the session is considered completed, and no refund will be issued.

Responsibility of the Client

Energy healing requires a level of openness and trust. If you are not comfortable with my method, please do not book a session. Healing is a collaborative process, and personal responsibility is key in any form of inner work.
