However, in today’s world, the constant influx of fear-inducing news from social media, TV, radio, and newspapers spreads fear far beyond its natural purpose. This widespread fear disconnects us from the earth’s grounding energy and creates a cycle of imbalance, leading to:
• Excessive fear, which causes anxiety and worry about the future.
• A sense of being ungrounded, resulting in a loss of balance and stability.
• Anger, which is deeply rooted in fear, and often transforms into guilt or sorrow.
• Ignoring your intuition and living by the ego, further disconnecting you from spirituality and universal energy.
• A fear of the present and future, leading to depression, as the past is idealized as “better.”
• Insecurity, which manifests in physical ways, such as issues with the skin, bones, or blood. These elements represent your “home” and reflect insecurity about yourself, driven by fear.
